Peasgood’s Nonsuch is the largest culinary apple. Fruit is pale green with broken red stripes and orange flush. Flesh is white, tinged green becoming creamy. Tender, moderately juicy, and a little sweet. When cooked makes a sweet, deliciously flavoured purée. Juicy when eaten fresh, good ingredient to accompany salads.
