Candyland is a vigorous and strong climbing rose with fantastic perpetual blooms of hot pink and ivory yellow.
Interestingly, the blooms start in a Hybrid Tea style and then open flat. The flowers get to about 3 inches across and have a nice fruity scent. Candyland is an energetic plant, hardy and easy to grow.
Tom Carruth, the US breeder has produced a rose with good resistance to disease: the glossy mid green leaves really do perform. Expect Candyland to reach 8-10 feet but if pruned hard each Spring it can be kept as a large shrub.
