Hardy Perennial
Description – Attractive clusters of violet-blue flowers, with a golden yellow eye. Dwarf habit makes them ideal in the front of borders or containers. Plants will continue to flower throughout the summer.
Sowing – Sow from late winter to mid spring on the surface of a good seed compost just covering the seed with a thin layer of compost or vermiculite. Germination takes 30-120 days at 15-20°C (59-68°F).
Growing – When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant and grow on in cooler conditions. Plant out 60cm (24in) apart in sun or part shade on ordinary garden soil.
