Description – Outstanding for yield, quality and bolting resistance as a baby leaf variety, also very productive as a full sized plant. Dark green, thick, rounded leaves with resistance to all the modern races of downy mildew. Ideal for growing in containers.
Sowing – Sow thinly, 1cm (1/2in) deep in broad drills 30cm (12in) apart. Thin seedlings to 5cm (2in) apart when large enough to handle, thinnings will be suitable for using in salads.
Harvest – March to May; September to October
